Then I noticed in videos from Baltimore that Grinder and Grave Digger have them now and I've seen they're in the V4 pack. My question is what are these new tires? Uzbekistan is a former soviet satellite country that sits on the boarder of china and tibet, so you might be thinking of that. and the Ukraine was part of the soviet union as one of the satilite states as well, under the name USSR, so techinically, while it isn't russia, it is formerly soviet, and i think it's where the first anti soviet student protests broke out in 1986ish 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
