That chassis was a wilman, and was the last truck that Fred built for racing, before he retired in 1997.

Couldn't find a video of it on youtube, and after finding my original World Finals 4 DVD that I bought from clear channel a while back, I thought I would Rip it from the DVD.

If you learn how to use toolkit, you can put a truck spawner on any track that you download.. Just takes the know-how. I'll make a tutorial if you would like.

It'd probably still be a while, because at least from looking at those pics the swaybars and 4-link bars need to be textured, 

 

More like they still need to be modeled. The pictures there are the exposed n/b of the four links and swaybars. He's modeling brand new ones just for the SUD.

Is there a certain level you have to be at to be able to purchase it online?

I believe so, but you can go to any of the three garages you were given for each character in single player, enter the garage, and press a button that will bring up the special vehicles list. On PS3 it's the right button on the D-Pad. Then a list of all the online-only vehicles will show up, and you can play with them in Single Player.

The independence day special update just came out for GTA V, and includes two new patriotic-themed vehicles. One is a full tube frame MT known as "The Liberator".

You need to apply the managedmaterials if there is no section in the .truck file. If a .truck does not have a mangedmaterials section, but is running the Ukraines, you must put this in there.

In shadow to all of the Quad Chaos stuff, (I personally love it), Doug Charles has started off very well with the Debut of Wild Thang in the first show of Evansville, Indiana, taking second in wheelies, losing in the finals of racing to Dan Runte in Bigfoot 18, and taking third in freestyle. Not too bad for the debut, plus, still have the Saturday show to go. 

Doug Charles will be making what I believe is his debut competing with the truck today at Vanderburgh County fairgrounds in Evansville, IN, with Monster X Tour.

Jesus Dude, That Looks Great! - - Is that a stock V4 Body?

It's probably because you first need to install the base V4 Pack with most of the Monster Trucks. http://sim-monsters.com/index.php?/files/file/585-sim-monsters-v4/ You will either need to put that in your packs folder, and then put all of the Old School stuff in the V4 Zip, and delete the Leafer Zip, or, you can extract all of the v4 pack into the vehicles folder, without putting the zip into packs, and then extract all of your addons into that same folder.

EDIT - I see you apparently have gotten the 0.38 pack, and are playing it on 0.38. So, I guess your problem is solved.

Try reinstalling Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime.
