I recommend if you haven't already, uninstall Blender, and re install it untill you get to this point; Here, Click The Middle Button and use the installation directory to install Blender; Then it will create a folder in Program Files; Once there, Go into the Blender Foundation Folder, then to Blender, then to .blender, and then to the scripts folder; Then drag all of the import/export plugins into the scripts folder; Now when you run blender, the scripts should show up either under File/Import, or File/Export;

No, I think you are misunderstanding this; If you want to make the field, you have to qualify in, and the drivers with the 20 best times are in the show.

1. Because it will qualify the 20 best, most consistent, and most exciting Drivers who have Signed Up.

2. Not Always, because Humans are fallible, and won't always have the same reaction times to starting and stopping a timer.

3. In some aspects, maybe, in some aspects, No.

4. Not necessarily, if the rookie is good enough, he should be able to atleast qualify in.

5. In some aspects, yes, in some, No; Same Answer as in the First Question.

I would probably start by removing the Crusader Knuckle lines from the .truck file. If your computer is THAT Bad, Like Mine, Those Will Probably lag you quite a bit.
