I do have a complete V3 pack, might even have the patch... but why would you want something that's even worse than V4?

IDK, sometimes people have just not been putting the corresponding parts (even if they are custom made by them) into the zip. But then again, might be hard sometimes to keep track of everything. It's what makes trucks with mostly V4 parts easier to build.
