  1. I'll still probably wait until I can get it for less than $1 on its own, or in a bundle of 8 games for $1.49 from Bundlestars if I'm honest. High hopes it will be better but low expectations.
  2. Ok this seems like a joke to some people I'm sure but I promise it's true. It's not lie or a secret that I'm totally a little fan girl b!tch for Morgan Kane. I was there for his first show ever literally exactly 6 years ago today. Before then Mopar Magic was my favorite truck (other than maybe Backdraft) and I was very curious to see how well this new driver would do in "my" truck. The answer was about what you would expect, he did alright but nothing special. I remember being impressed that he was competitive in his Round 1 Race, but then he did a slap wheelie and ruined it (which was cool to me). When I left I would totally classify myself as a fan of his. I didn't see him preform for another 4 years until he came back to Louisville in 2015. The whole time I watched him on TV or on YouTube rooting for him as an underdog, but never really seeing him do better than totally par or a bit better, exception being when Monster Magic beat Son Uva Digger in Minneapolis for the racing finals. In 2013 he started to pick up a few wins in Stadiums, but not a ton. Seeing that he was bound totally to Arena's in 2015 was weird, but I was optimistic. He totally rocked the whole tour and won it all, making it to Vegas for the first time. I got to go to Vegas that year, and to be honest, He preformed totally as I expected. I didn't see him getting past round 2, and preforming pretty mid-field in FS. The next year was a similar story for 1st quarter, but I was still excited for the tour win. I didn't get to go to Vegas but I remember seeing he qualified second and was pretty excited. But then Friday Happened. Basically, I really didn't expect Morgan to win again, sure I put it on my bracket as kind of a joke (only kind of considering he was 2nd qualifier) but I really didn't expect the outcome. I was watching it on periscope with friends, and I was totally happy that he was in the final round, and figured at this point I don't care what happens, I'm just happy to see "my" driver make it this far. So you can imagine after all this how much I was screaming at a pooty livestream from some kids iPhone for all of the people I was on Discord with when he crossed the line ahead of Todd. I seriously couldn't believe it. Hands down this is my favorite monster jam moment.
  3. Awesome, I'll check it out sometime. They definitely do a hell of a job live.
  4. I like scars but couldn't get into their EP. Do you think the album is better?
  5. Massive post incoming. Never written out my whole setup before. So I'll start out by saying I play bass, and I'll continue by posting the basses I don't typically play as much because I don't use them live. In this picture is my former red Ibanez SR300M. The second bass I owned, and the one I used for the majority of my time in a sh!tty pop-punk band called Stage Fright. I sold it a while ago to afford new things. In the center is my Epiphone Thunderbird That I keep in standard tuning for those times I want to play like a normal person. It's fun, but awkward and overall not something I'd want to use live. The fame thing with the right-most bass in the picture. That bass, an Epiphone Thunderbird Goth, I keep in Drop C which I barely ever play in. TBH I'm sick of how it sounds but I'm a bit attached to it. Send me offers if you want it My backup bass is a Jackson JS3V which I originally got to play around in B standard and drop A. I like it but for the tone I want it's a bit weak. I learned a lot with it though, and never would have been so confident to play the music I do without having learned on it probably. Plus it's silver burst so that's pretty dope. Ok, now it's time for the real setup. This is exactly what I use live, including everything except the cables. My main bass is a Fender Aerodyne Jazz Bass that I bought in January this year. It is amazing and I love it. It's all over Fender's qualities, except it's almost as light as an Ibanez. This lets me really move around a lot more on stage, and means my weak ass neck doesn't hurt as much. From there I have a Line 6 G70 Wireless system, which has hella range and I basically never need anything else no matter what. From the receiver footswitch I run into a Digitech Hardwire HT-2 Pedal Tuner, that I also use as a mute pedal for when I'm not playing. The signal chain then moves from there to my Tech 21 NYC 3 Channel Sansamp Bass Driver DI. (This pedal below). This gives a good crunch to my tone and also works as a pretty good preamp. Extremely versatile pedal. From there the signal goes to my really boring amp. A Marshall MB150 Bass combo amp. It's only a 1x15 setup, but ti sounds pretty good. It's nice for basement venues where I actually have to carry it up and down stairs. Other than that I'd rather have an Ampeg 8X10 cab and Classic Series Head, or atleast a 6X10 with an SVT-4. All that costs money though. Anyway, this is what it looks like. I'm also gonna drop some pictures of my in here for no reason. This is post-set, I promise I didn't fall.
  6. Fun fact: I actually used Adobe Illustrator to make the logo and Adobe Lightroom to edit the photo. The only photoshop part of this is the placement of the logo on the image.
  7. Revival attempt #2: Me and Islander
  8. Dude new Fit For a King featuring Jake Luhrs. Don't know how it could get better.
  9. The second definition is the one we are going for with this thread.
  10. REVIVE THIS THREAD PLEASE! I'll start. This weekend I played a show on Saturday and then went to a show Sunday Sunday's show was Make Them Suffer, Silent Planet, Erra, and August Burns Red. I got to meet Garrett Russell of Silent Planet. He liked my Islander shirt. Awesome guy.
  11. Oh that's awesome, where can we find your music?
  12. So I'm pretty excited about this. Widow Society will have our EP Release show October 28th, Alongside a few local bands we are good friends with (A Rumor of War and Edge of Winter) and Glass Hands from Indianapolis. I don;t have anything to post from us, but I'll post a bit of Glass Hands ARGUABLY AS EXCITING. We will also be playing a show 10 days prior with some of our friends in You Won't Feel A Thing, as well as Everyone Dies in Utah, a band signed to InVogue Records that is pretty darn lit tbh.
  13. Titan did get a theme song change a few years ago...
  14. Jerry Beck's official word on the extreme sh!t storm of the past say. I still kinda miss Park Patrol tbh.
  15. Again, it was published by that company, not made by them. They didn't have anything to do with making most any game they published.
  16. The thing is they only published those game in America from what I can tell, they didn't make them. SCS Software made ATS, and Farming Sim was made by Giants Software.
  17. I keep seeing that this is "confirmed" but I'll put it down as rumored for now. I will say it appears a 2017 Xfinity Series driver is sponsored by "Memes" so take this list with a grain of salt. And the Coca Cola Cup series rumored lineup: I guess We'll see how real it is, I'm kinda skeptical, but hey, we'll see.
