  1. If you haven't ever listened to Modestep then you should check them out:
  2. I don't know where it is, but it shouldn't be a problem finding it.
  3. Welcome to Northeast Ohio, where it was literally cold enough to snow a few nights ago. Did I mention that the temperature today reached 70 degrees Fahrenheit?
  4. Me favorite moment was Meents going off in syracuse in 2014
  5. Hot Wheels, Bulldozer, or Monster Patrol on a Wilman - Those truck looked so cool and anyone who was driving them usually drove them as fast and as high as they could go.
  6. The diesel powered XDP can't compete in closed arenas/stadiums because of the exhaust. It's dangerous for spectators/officials alike. It's like running your car exhaust in a closed room (not good). That's why you only see the original XDP at jamborees and outdoor shows - the exhaust has somewhere to go. Dave Radzierez probably wanted to run with MJ so he put a different body and engine on the truck. I don't think Dave would run the truck in a closed stadium either. So unless this new diesel truck doesn't give off as much exhaust as XDP does, I guess it'll only be an outdoor truck.
  7. Well I understand where he's coming from; at first monster truck racing is kind of a special hobby and once it gets more attention it's changed as the people behind the sport want more profit. Then the new fan base gets behind the big company and supports their decisions and suddenly the sport has radically changed from what originally got you hooked. For instance, someone sees a monster truck crushes a van stack and loves the sport and then the company that controls the sport makes a decision that doesn't involve van stacks. A new fan base comes around and likes the dirt jumps. The company won't change; they might lose profit. And then the original fan isn't getting what originally got their attention. This is just an example, van stacks is a little stupid to use but it's an easy comparison. Im sure this same argument happened when the Penda Points series era ended and when freestyle started and then now when the sport changed from what it was. Dont get me wrong, the new points series is really neat and I like the aligned tours or the more random line-ups. Especially arenas - FELD's done a lot to improve those. But the same track week in week out gets a little repetitive.
  8. Even if you credit them, it's still is technically the same thing as stealing a tv. I don't like these copyright laws and I think more fair use should be put in place (as long proper credits are given and stuff). I don't like watching most of FELD's videos because they're a bit slow and every clip has been sped-up, slowed down, etc. I like the highlight vids people make and stuff because it's more to the point. I always watch monsterjamfilms World Finals highlight video because I'm not watching 3 hours of stuff that Feld filmed when someone went through and made a 15 minute video of the entire event's highlights. I just checked MonsterJamFilms YouTube and it's been stripped of everything. Either it's the bot or they took it down before the bot did but it's pretty much empty. Hagan I'd be careful because your videos are some of the more popular ones with Monster Jam highlights.
  9. I saw on Instagram that Cynthia is driving the regular Monster Mutt and Krysten is driving Metal Mulisha on the international tour. Not sure if there's any truth to it or if any things been released yet.
  10. Bearfoot is in trouble as the truck's rear end takes a wild hit and is thrown into the air.
  11. Ben Kelly patsfan12 Black Smith 2001
  12. I totally forgot that MTT existed for a second there...
  13. Team Scream also isn't there. Which is more common than the Halls being gone, but still. Is Team Scream doing more Monster Jam shows this summer?
  14. I left JYD out because it's retired as of now, but I don't see a reason as to why it couldn't be added.
  15. I'd have these trucks as default (Less core trucks = less space the initial download takes up, especially with a game as heavy as full-scale monster truck sim) Grave Digger Max-D Lucas Oil Crusader Monster Mutt (all three) Mohawk Warrior El Toro Loco Carolina Crusher Gas Monkey Garage Metal Mulisha Son Uva Digger Team Hot Wheels Dragon Northern Nightmare Monster Energy DLC (free): Jester Rage Avenger Earth Shaker Alien Invasion Team Meents Black Smith Other trucks of course but this is just a small list. I love your idea of a sim. It all seems great, and it sounds fun. Sadly, I just don't think MJ would ever listen. Now, RoR has potentional. We have the content creators, we have the online competition, and we even have side mods that could work in future versions (maybe in .4) like loaders and speedsters. This could be a massive project, making speedsters and stuff and seeing if loaders work, but it'd be fun if we could get it sorted out.
  16. Here's some interesting stuff about me and small hubs. I bought the chrome Max-D from 03 for around $25. Got it at a flea market. I also spent $27 once there on 16 small hub trucks in near-perfect condition. I also bought the Goldberg, Sting, Digger, and Nitro set for $50 in an eBay bid.
  17. Cool. I always wanted to make a price list of all of the trucks in my collection to get an idea of the worth (some of my trucks are in bad condition, so a mint-condition price obviously wouldn't go for a few of mine). I also want to do more with this thread, so I think I'll do a weekly poll each Sunday. If it gets popular, then I'll keep polling! Week 1: Favorite Addition? Flag series | 2010: Each of the trucks sold in a single case came with a small flag designed specific to the truck. This series was also brought back for Grave Digger in 2012, Hot Wheels in 2013, and a Monster Jam flag in 2014 (this flag was sold with only a few trucks)/ Tattoo Series | 2011: Each truck sold in a single case came with a small card full of temporary tattoos, designed specific to the truck. Topps Trading Card Series | 2012: Trucks came with a trading card for the truck they were sold with. Crush Car Series | 2013: Trucks came with a small crush car that could break apart and clip back together. Figure Series | 2014: Each truck came with a small figure that had the truck's color and logo on it. Battle Ram Series | 2015: A small battling ram that could clip to the front of the truck was released with each truck. There were four designs, and each was colored specific to the truck it was sold with. Ramp Series | 2016: Each truck came with a small ramp. There were four ramps, and each was randomly colored. 'Mini' Flag Series | 2017: Each truck comes with a small plastic flag that clips to the back of the truck. Each flag is designed specific to the truck. My favorite is probably the 2010 Flag Series.
  18. I love this idea. I'll help contribute some, don't worry, I'm an experienced collector (got serious in about 2010 and have around 300).
  19. I like the new scoring system. So far, it's worked fine and the obvious winner has won the event.
  20. If you haven't noticed yet, we have download sections for .37 and .4, since more leagues are running off of .4 now. AIM is also being used less in place of Discord. I have both .4 and .37, they run fine on my computer. Nice to have you back!
  21. So you're going to open up your truck file and find where the props are. Then you change the numbers to move the body (it's like an x-y-z axis). Here is a tutorial that explains what each number does. Hope this helps!
  22. I can make one if people want one. We also have a website with chat and stuff but yeah a Discord would be nice. A lot of people use one for leagues. Edit: I made the Discord but I won't upload the link until later. If more people want it then I'll put it here.
