  1. So a few random announcements and things popped into my mind and I felt like posting this for randomness (This is "Off Topic" after all).

Coldplay is performing at the halftime show in Super Bowl 50.

Eh... it's alright, but I highly doubt they'd do as good as Katy Perry did this year, as she killed it.

Star Fox Zero has been delayed to 2016... and so has Zelda Wii U.

I know that this is old news, but really Miyamoto? I had both games on my Xmas list for a while, but when I heard that they got delayed, I had to remove them. Eh, I just gotta deal with it, because who knows? We could finally be seeing an actual GOOD Star Fox Game for the first time in 20 years.

El Toro Loco is turning 15 in 2016.

Wow. Just wow. A truck that isn't as major was Grave Digger or Max-D (But almost, considering that this team is pretty damn huge) is ONCE AGAIN getting no such attention for it's 15th Anniversary. It makes me cringe just thinking about it. What is wrong with you, FELD? You give the Digger and Max-D something, and YOU EVEN GIVE THE GOD DAMN PATRIOT SOMETHING (I'm guessing that last year was the truck's 10th Anniversary, since it said something about it on the back of the truck), but you do NOTHING to El Toro? Ugh... I feel like I see worse and worse moves coming soon. Let's hope it doesn't get worse as the new Dalmatian design for 2016 which look like it has a JOKER SMILE... Illuminati confirmed?

  2. Guess I need to get my brain checked cuz i dont even consider Dustin a rising star, i'd say hes past that. I like the normal Mutt alot better on the Rott body than Dalmatian but I like them all. I think the body just suits the trucks well. And Bryce,Candice, and Cynthia will be able to see better. As for Dustin in the merc/Junkyard Dog, rip vision

Out of all of the drivers that just got passed the "rising star" rank, nobody beats this guy:

(Someone tell that guy that keeps saying "WOO!" to shut up)

  3. Unless if it's not the whole thing. Only a very few Youtubers upload the entire show. I don't like when they do that because it just ruins all of the action when it airs on TV.

Youtube killed Monster Jam on tv for me. Theres no excuse for the once 6 month turnaround. And even today with the 1-2 week turnaround its ridiculous in the world we live in today. The 2010 live Monster Jam event at Atlanta is how the fs1 series should be broadcast.... period.

I got some good news, buddy. There has been a lot of gossiping of that actually happening.

I kinda want them to show smaller events on TV, such as #MoreMonsterJam events. My father's boss is trying to get me tickets for maybe 2 or 3 out of the 6 shows in Rosemont, Illinois (If anything, more than likely on Saturday), so I'm pretty excited to see if he can make it happen.

  4. Guys, remember that video where BJ Johnson said that one of the new trucks is one for the scientists? Well, that new truck has been announced.

Here is the lineup for Monster Jam in Hidalgo, Texas in the State Farm Arena from January 15-17, 2016:

Grave Digger® driven by Charlie Pauken, Team Hot Wheels driven by Scott Buetow, El Toro Loco® driven by Marc McDonald, Monster Mutt® Dalmatian driven by Candice Jolly, Zombie™ Hunter™ driven by Lee O'Donnell, Captain’s Curse® driven by Alex Blackwell, Doom’s Day™ driven by TBD, Mad Scientist driven by TBA, Subject to change without notice.

    Introducing... MAD SCIENTIST!

Hopefully they will release more on this new truck soon.

  5. Looking at the lineup, all I can say is,

MONSTER JAM IS GOING TO THE PRUDENTIAL CENTER IN NEWARK, NEW JERSEY FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER IN 2016!

Here is the lineup for the very first show:

Grave Digger® driven by Jon Zimmer, Carolina Crusher driven by Gary Porter, Higher Education driven by Jim Tracey, Black Stallion driven by Matt Cody, Instigator driven by Paul Breaud, Backdraft driven by TBA, Bad News Travels Fast driven by Brandon Derrow, Saigon Shaker driven by Ryan Disharoon, and more TBA subject to change with out notice

It just saddened me to hear that the IZOD Center would be going down, but now east coast fans like me will have a new place to check out all the action!

EDIT:  Yes, I know prmikke9 already mentioned this (DAMN YOU!), but I wasn't aware of it until now.

  6. 2016 is going to be a HUGE year for Nintendo. Sure, this year they lost in Console Wars (Sony won this year), but next year could be a year where they make a huge comeback, just like they did in 2014 with the Super Smash Bros. Invitational and the Digital Event, making them that year's champions.

Folks, I proudly reveal the latest trailer for their next huge installment to the (probably dead) Wii U...with a bit of a surprise in it...

    POKKEN TOURNAMENT!

Nintendo made the perfect move on deciding to FINALLY make something like this in honor of Pokémon's 20th Anniversary. In this amazing new game, the war of Mewtwo versus Lucario continues, and this time, Mewtwo decides to strike; BIG TIME.

While some may be disappointed that we aren't seeing any news whatsoever of Delta Emerald just yet, this awesome new game brings in some new elements from the Pokémon anime that airs on Cartoon Network.

Ever since rumors were spread, this game was HIGHLY anticipated, and therefore is one of the most anticipated games of 2016.

With some new elements added as I mentioned, I got one question to ask you all on what you think...

    POKKEN TOURNAMENT

    BUY OR SKIP?

  7. theres no hype for sonic, its been dead for a awhile.

No, it's only been dead since late last year, and ooh....

Looking at that, I can tell this game may be a waste of money. If all of that is true, I'm skipping this one.

  8. Puerto Rico Results are finally up, and the Overall Event Champions were:

Friday Night:  Grave Digger - Charlie Pauken (Scooby-Doo deserves recognition, cause if the Donut Competition was worth 2 points, then it was a tie and it was broken)

Saturday Afternoon:  Grave Digger - Charlie Pauken

Saturday Night:  Grave Digger - Charlie Pauken

  9. I like it! My thoughts:

    East:

This looks like it could make a perfect lineup for a Maple Leaf event! Scooby may be the biggest threat out of this pack, cause Brianna Mahon is a VERY fierce rookie. She did amazing this year, and I'm hoping she'll improve in 2016. But then there's Cole Vernard on the other hand. I think he competed once before, and let me tell ya, he was no weakling out there. Bari Musawwir could also attempt to snag a few wins on this tour, and so could Mark List, Jared Eichelberger and Cynthia Gauthier. The Basl brothers making a return could be something cool to see. Looking at the lineup, my vote's going to the Princess of Carnage for the World Finals berth.

    West:

Morgan Kane in a Digger... Colton Eichelberger in a Max-D.... THIS IS MESSED UP!!!! Both did an incredible job this year, and so did Coty Saucier, who will probably make it into the World Finals even if he doesn't win, considering the fact that he won the YGS this year. I'm expecting all 3 to give it their all this year, and same thing with Bailey Shea in Scooby-Doo. It feels strange seeing the Groths in FELD trucks, but oh well, what can you do about it. Hoping they'll go for a few wins, and same thing to newcomer Kayla Blood in El Toro! However, looking at this lineup, my vote's going to the Digger for this berth.

  10. Monster Jam released another video today, showing more information of 2016, and what's coming. The video is found here: http://www.monsterjam.com/News/2015/11/04/1/

Don't want to watch the video? Oh well then, it's your funeral!

Now without further ado, LETS GET THE NEW STUFF ON!

    NEW TRUCKS

Every year, Monster Jam introduces a magnificent lineup of new trucks to the competition. This year, though, is no exception.

Among the amazing trucks, Monster Jam is excited to welcome Soldier Fortune: Black Ops, Alien, Junkyard Dog, Pirate's Curse, Lumberjack, and Walking Tall as new trucks for 2016. That isn't all, though. More news on new trucks is coming soon!

    FS1 Championship Series

Back by popular demand, Monster Jam is returning the FS1 Championship Series from this year! 16 Trucks will battle it out for a berth to Monster Jam World Finals XVII, and here they are:

Grave Digger - TBA (Adam Anderson?)
Lucas Oil Crusader - Linsey Weenk

    Max-D - Tom Meents

El Toro Loco - Becky McDonough

    Monster Energy - Damon Bradshaw

    Soldier Fortune - Chad Fortune

    Avenger - Jim Koehler

    Brutus - Brad Allen

Overkill Evolution - Mike Vaters II

    Black Stallion - Mike Vaters

    Stone Crusher - Steve Sims

    Hooked - Bryan Wright

    King Krunch - David Smith

All other trucks are TBA at this time.

  11. A few things that I noticed looking at the lineups:

    1. Scooby-Doo, Zombie, and El Toro Loco will indeed be getting some new drivers in 2016.

    2. It appears that Monster Jam is going to a whole new level with the number of shows, as certain events in the lineup will be having SIX SHOWS!

    3. Saigon Shaker is still around for 2016, and so is Blue Thunder. I'm guessing whoever is driving it in Sweden may be a new driver for the truck.

    4. Hmm... it appears that  Soldier Fortune: Black Ops and Alien aren't on the lineup for Jacksonville, Florida, but Lumberjack  still is. Maybe those two part part of "more TBA!"?

  12. I predict he's going to Zombie. He drove it in Australia in Perth, and besides, who will that green paint scheme go to if he doesn't change to it?

Also, another thing I'm wondering; if Monster Mutt is getting the body change, is Dalmatian getting a body change, too?

One more thing; New Orleans 2016 = BEST. NEW. ORLEANS. LINEUP.  EVER!

Grave Digger® driven by Charlie Pauken, Team Hot Wheels driven by Scott Buetow, El Toro Loco® driven by Marc McDonald, Monster Mutt® Dalmatian driven by Candice Jolly, Zombie Hunter™ driven by Lee O'Donnell, Captain’s Curse® driven by Alex Blackwell, Doom’s Day™, Barbarian driven by Devin Jones, Fatal Attraction driven by TBA, Big Kahuna driven by Shane England, Rage driven by Cory Rummell, Wrecking Crew driven by TBA, Storm Damage driven by Tim Mente, Hurricane Force driven by Steven Thompson

Bolded = Put those drivers in a show, and you got one hell of an event ahead of ya!

The first Houston show is DEFINITELY GOING TO BE A DAMN GOOD ONE! Dennis, Todd, Neil, Lupe, AND Donald in the SAME EVENT. TRUE AWESOMENESS RIGHT THERE!

  13. I have some good news for all:

    1. A few months back a rumor was spread that Kevin King may be getting out of Strait Jacket.

Well, I'm very excited to announce...

    Birmingham, Alabama:

Grave Digger® driven by Jon Zimmer, Carolina Crusher driven by Gary Porter, Higher Education driven by Jim Tracey, Black Stallion driven by Matt Cody, Strait Jacket driven by Kevin King, Instigator driven by Paul Breaud, Backdraft driven by TBA, Barbarian driven by Devin Jones

    HE IS NOT LEAVING!!! :D

    2. Maxie Broaddus will be making his Monster Jam debut driving Walking Tall in Greensboro, North Carolina on January 8. Shall the hype train begin?

    3. DENNIS ANDERSON RETURNS TO GRAVE DIGGER ON JANUARY 9 IN HOUSTON, TEXAS! LET'S GET THEM TIX, BOYS!

    4. Fan favorite 2015 trucks, such as Carolina Crusher, Jester, and McGruff will be staying for 2016.

    5. Gary Schott will be returning to the sport in 2016 starting in Anaheim, California on January 16 driving  Hooligan. But that's not all, cause he's bringing his son, Gary Schott Jr., who will be driving the fan favorite Terminator.

  14. Stuff that I know:

Mark List will be driving El Toro Loco in Puerto Rico. This show will have 6 trucks, which consist of: Grave Digger (Pauken), Max-D (Elliott), Zombie (Duhon), Scooby-Doo (Johnson) and El Diablo (Soza).

The last 2 shows will be all #MoreMonsterJam drivers from this year.

As of November 1, 2015, Monster Jam's 2015 season concludes in Helsinki, Finland on November 15. For the first time EVER (I think), Monster Jam's 2016 season officially begins on NEW YEAR'S DAY, Friday January 1, 2016.
