Monster truck events have been happening in the Silverdome since the 1980's, and seeing it go down after all of those awesome shows is just heartbreaking.

My favorite event personally had to be in 2010. It was one of those very rare times where Allen Pezo's ENTIRE TEAM was together for an event.

Unfortunately, he never really did well, except in 2013 Freestyle. That was an awesome run he did in Superman. A backflip would've at least given him 2nd.

Also, does anyone know if Dustin Brown is staying in Monster Mutt for 2016? I want to see more from that guy!

Madusa made it to the Championship Race on the first show. My reaction?

It has been YEARS since I've last seen her run THIS hard in a stadium show. And Jon Zimmer in Metal Mulisha? HOLY S**T! Both of 'em had to take out MARC MCDONALD to make it into the Championship Race, which is surprising for a 1 time racing champion and a driver who has never competed in Vegas before.

P.S. Why was Marc running the Orange El Toro?

True, considering the fact that Cory drove Avenger several times this year.

EDIT: Just found out that all of a sudden, all lineups confirmed for 2016 events (#MoreMonsterJam and Jacksonville, Florida on February 20) are no longer there. It now says "Monster Jam Trucks - Coming Soon" on all #MoreMonsterJam destinations.

HELL YEAH! I really want to see Doug Charles show 'em who's boss out there! Scooby on the other hand may have a major advantage right there. With EVERY SINGLE DRIVER IN THE LINEUP being dark horses, I see doors wide open for Nicole Johnson to grab a win.

Look, I'm only familiar with Monster Jam, not any other monster truck tour, so I didn't know about the design of this truck until yesterday.

Blue Thunder is NOT DEAD! It will compete in Stockholm, Sweden with maybe a new driver.

Chad Tingler is indeed still in the tour, as he will substitute for Bari Musawwir in Zombie in Perth.

Jon Zimmer will substitute for Todd Leduc in Metal Mulisha in Perth.

I don't know what you mean there. However, that bonus judge did a good job that night, as those were perfect bonus scores for the trucks that got bonus. Only trucks that didn't get two bonus points were Son-Uva Digger, Madusa, and Dragon.

LUMBERJACK TRUCK DESIGN CONFIRMED!

Truck was unveiled on August 24, and I found the photo on Google. Apparently it's a new truck for the Crushstation team.

Nasty Boy was one of the trucks on display this year, so I'm guessing there's a large chance that you're going to Vegas in 2016.

When Pablo's in the Digger, Ryan is most of the time in BB.

Also, Sydney results are up. Son-Uva Digger won Racing, Hot Wheels won freestyle to most likely a not so pleased crowd. Ryan Anderson was robbed for the 2nd time this season. He got FOUR points in bonus time, giving him a 36. But the thing that really pissed me off was that he missed by ONE POINT! F**K THOSE FAN JUDGES!

I think the "besides" part goes to Midnight Rider. It's obvious who's driving BB. My predictions are Zane in Stinger, Paul in Instigator, Ty in Backdraft, Jim in Bounty Hunter, and Dawn in Scarlet Bandit.

They announced the 2014 lineups in late December 2013, and I forgot when they confirmed 2015. IDK for this one.

I was originally going to make several posts about the games, but then I decided to make a U-Turn at the path I was taking, so with that, this post is going to be a discussion about the National League Championship Series. Got any info? Post it here.

So... starting off with Game 2 of the New York Mets vs. the Chicago Cubs. As of 8:37 PM, the Mets lead 3-0. If they win this game, then they will need to win two more games to advance into THE WORLD SERIES!

Should the Cubs come out of nowhere and attempt to strike back, and this part of the NLCS should last for all 7 games, it may stretch all the way to NEXT WEEKEND.

Fact:  This is the first time in NLCS history (I think) that all four teams' colors are blue. Pretty interesting, eh?

Since the Red Sox failed to make it into the NLCS, we will have a new champion this year. The only question is... WHO?

Well, although it would be awesome for a Sonic truck to be in MJ, his chances are pretty low. Now that I'm thinking about it, I don't even know how the hell DK made it in back in 2008!

Anyway, if you compare COD with Sonic, it's pretty obvious who has the greater chance of getting in.

...where is FELD going with this? Alien's probably going to be a cheap knockoff of Overkill Evolution, cause it DOES have the head of an alien on the side. Lumberjack on the other hand... I don't know.

Yeah, I see your point there. I went INSANE when I heard that Marc made it into the finals in World Finals 14, but felt really bad for him when he lost by a truck length.

But yeah, although Max-D is a very deserving truck, almost all of the El Toro Loco drivers put it into a high place. Chuck Werner gained a LOT of new fans because of his performances this year, and the theme for him in Foxboro was VERY catchy:

The one thing I'm curious is, will Mark List become a driver of ETL? He did good in Mexico, and I want more from him!

One last thing, I hope they do something for El Toro in 2016, cause you know... 2016 is the 15th anniversary of that truck. The fact that they did something HUGE for Max-D in 2013 for it's 10th and they didn't give a crap about El Toro in 2011 for his 10th just disappoints me.

Buetow's FS victory in Melbourne was the first stadium victory in 2015 where he didn't rob someone. The other victory... you know what I mean.

Apparently, neither Melbourne show was shut down, according to the website.

First show:

Racing was fantastic. The crowd was not happy with the 0.5 penalty that Ryan Anderson, the fastest qualifier, in Son-Uva Digger got, and that gave the Round 1 victory to Dragon's Scott Liddycoat. Damon Bradshaw of Monster Energy took down his arch rival in Round 1, Neil Elliott of Max-D. These two have been major rivals since the Championship Series, but Bradshaw came out on top with that race. HUGE UPSET BY LEE O'DONNELL OF ZOMBIE HUNTER as he knocked out the 2 Time World Champion, Todd LeDuc of Metal Mulisha. Lastly, Marc McDonald of El Toro Loco took down Candice Jolly of Monster Mutt Dalmatian, which would conclude Round 1.

Wheelies were awesome. Grave Digger's Adam Anderson would be unable to report due to technical issues, so Madusa got a bye run. Overall, your winner would be Sean Duhon, ZOMBIE!

Then it was time for the semi-finals. Monster Energy easily took out Liddycoat in Dragon, and Lee O'Donnell knocked out Marc McDonald of El Toro Loco... -- wait, WHAT!?

My jaw dropped HARD when I found out that O'Donnell defeated McDonald. DAMN, LEE! FIRST YOU DEFEATED LEDUC, NOW YOU DEFEAT MCDONALD? You're starting to become a terrifying creature, man!

Round 1 losers would all report for the donut competition, and it was a wild one. Candice Jolly either rolled, broke, or couldn't get a donut started in Monster Mutt Dalmatian, cause she got a 12. Metal Mulisha's unhappy Todd LeDuc (Round 1 is the reason why he's unhappy) scored a 36, and Max-D got a 37. Ryan Anderson OBLITERATED it in Son-Uva Digger! Scoring a PERFECT 40, he would be the first show's winner!

Championship Race was AWESOME. Monster Energy vs. Zombie Hunter had everyone in the edge of their seat. In the end, in a close photo finish, Damon Bradshaw of Monster Energy wins Racing this afternoon!

After a short intermission, it was time for freestyle. Madusa came out first with a solid performance, and scored a 35. Duhon followed and got a 28. Jolly came out next and scored a 31 (crashed early), and then came O'Donnell in Zombie Hunter, scoring a 32. Liddycoat followed with a 30, and then came Buetow. Scott had an UNBELIEVABLE performance, and if you didn't see it, you missed out on the greatest freestyle in his entire CAREER, PERIOD! A 43 would give him the lead by a longshot, and McDonald would not be able to knock him out as he followed. Bradshaw came out next in Monster Energy, and got a 37 with crowds roaring. Max-D's Neil Elliott then came out to score a 39 and have the crowd on their feet, not having enough for the lead! 2 Time World Champion, LeDuc in Metal Mulisha, came out and gave the fans a solid performance with a 34 as his score. Freestyle wrapped up with both Andersons coming out, Ryan first to freestyle, but neither filled the clock. As a result, your freestyle winner is Scott Buetow, TEAM HOT WHEELS FIRESTORM!

If they do make a Sonic truck, IT BETTER NOT BE SONIC BOOM. THAT GAME IS A PIECE OF CRAP (Rise of Lyric not Shattered Crystal. SC was actually pretty good).

Also, whatever happened to Chad Tingler? We haven't seen him in months. Did he get the boot?

This blue blur's 25th Anniversary is coming up, and Donkey Kong was so damn popular. Why can't FELD do it again for SEGA?

Also, I'm so glad I didn't go to Philadelphia for Monster Jam, and you already know why. (In case if you don't, they had RONALD MCDONALD there, which made a small portion of the event crappy).
