According to him, it was finished only 2 hours ago. Expect more than just Monster Patrol to be making a return. Plus I think The Commander scheme is just for non-Monster Jam events. The new owner is Doug Charles who works at the Concussion Motorsports shop (the same shop that built the Bigfoot #18, Walking Tall, Monster Patrol, new Wild Thang, etc. chassis), and he was supposed to debut it in Salisbury, MD in two weeks, but it apparently isn't done yet.
