There's a simple fix to the invisible tires. It happens with SIR tires, but the way to fix is to put a ; in front of the forset of the flag. This is the way you would set that up to have the tires appear. Those files in particular are for Tail Gator.

Well, think of it this way. Some people, like myself, grew up on this site with that pack. It's like the teddy bear you had when you were little, or your favorite toy as a kid. It's more of a sentimental thing for me. That, and V3 had more grip and didn't slide nearly as much. He might find the V3 physics useful for his testing.
