  1. Not to take away from your work here, but while it is Show Your Projects, it is hosted in the section for Rigs of Rods Monster Trucks. So while you may want to share this, please do so in a different section of the site please. Thanks.
  2. Watching anything from this will help. More recent videos may be more relevant as the game has been updated and changed since it first came out, but it is all useful information.
  3. *Updated as of 7/26/16* Updated statistics on first post Updated List of Drivers by Rank Updated Season Finale Winners Added 1 league: WRA Season 1 Added 1 Season: SMRA Season 3 Added 1 Special Event: Christmas Mayhem 2015 Auto-updated Graphs and Charts Still looking for league information for ROR-MM Season 1 and RoR: WR Season 1. Tabs for leagues will be added when the season of that league ends. If you have information I do not currently have in this spreadsheet, please send it to me and I will update this again.
  4. Well, haven't I just blown this project off for a while. I'm going to get back on track with this in the coming days. If anyone has league info for me to add, please pm it to me and I'll get right to work.
  5. Hey look a Dimmadilapidated boat.
  6. If you want to make use of your layers, you can move objects to and from them by selecting the object, pressing M, and then either selecting the layer you want on the UI that pops up, or pressing any number 1-0 on your keyboard. Additionally by pressing ALT + a number, you can access an additional 10 layers, which appear on the bottom row of the UI. You can read more about it on the wiki: https://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Doc:2.4/Manual/3D_interaction/Navigating/Layers
  7. I'm assuming you hit 7 on your keyboard and not your number pad. If so, press 1 and it should come back. Blender uses layers so you can move stuff around and not see it. By pressing 7 you are now on layer 7 and your project is on layer 1 leaving it invisible, but still there.

First track I've competed in almost a year now, fun to get to make stuff again. This features a brand new racing layout, similar to the hairpin turns on a So-Cal course, just doubled on both sides. Hope you guys enjoy! 11. Hey I can still make stuff. Here's MRoR Tampa, with a new custom racing layout: Should be up for download sometime tonight or tomorrow. Credit to @monsterjamcod0329 for the wear marks.
  12. On this date 5 years ago (even to the day), Sim-Monsters ran its first event of season 2. I thought this was something worth sharing with everyone. Goes to show how far we've come in the past 5 years.

  14. Being as it hasn't been posted, here are all the team budgets pre-made in Google Sheets for everyone's convenience. https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B6HQ413h8YkDZlkyTS00ZU5SMkk&usp=sharing Once you find your's, send me your Google Drive account and I will add you (and your teammates) to the sheet for you to edit. Everything that is shaded pink is available to be edited, otherwise you do not need to change anything.
  15. Seems like there is little to no tarp on the crowd. It was probably left there by Klayton, but either way there was a lot more of it.
  16. Firstly, I can't help it when other people don't criticize my tracks. And I could also use the "I was busy" argument as well for the tracks I made last year. I was busy running a full time league while building 6 new tracks (4 of which had custom built stadiums and designs). I was stuck building those tracks with a week to each deadline for the event. Could I have planned for more time? Yes, most definitely but at the circumstances I was faced with, I made the most of it. But here, you have no true deadlines. You may want to get Dragon, Zombie, or the Mutts done soon, but no one is truly holding you accountable for the trucks to be done. Same goes for the World Finals track. Who is going to be let down when the track isn't out by the end of the month? Only people who are impatient and immature. And at the end of the day is it worth more to appease to those people, or just breath and work on something to the best of your ability?
  17. This is always something that's bothered me about how you make tracks Edy. While I appreciate the effort and desire to get these projects done instead of just starting them and forgetting about it, it really doesn't do anyone any good when you finish it without anyone else offering any criticism to the models themselves. I'd like to believe it's not a cop out to avoid fixing issues, but it truly takes away from the chance to fix issues with ramps when the first time anyone sees it publicly it is basically done and not to be changed later. Just my two cents.
  18. Another thing I've picked up on is the size of the LED Boards running along the sidelines. They are definitely shorter than what's there now. I also noticed they have a lot more containers than are set up around the outside of the course. (0:23 would be a good time to see the gap in focus) You can tell where the gaps is between the containers for the stairs at the 50 yard line. I'm pretty sure they had the LED Boards sitting on the containers. Otherwise, it looks great so far!
  19. Don't know if you made the second screen under the scoreboard or not, but it definitely wasn't that big.
  20. Did some quick counting and it seems they just schedule it to be the 12th week into the year. This year had an extra weekend in January as opposed to 2015 and 2017 so they had it a week earlier than usual.
  21. Charlie has also semi-established his name over the past decade or so as "the" Monster Mutt driver, considering the most popular event of the year is the one where he drives it. Otherwise it's just been a bunch of up-and-coming drivers who typically fade out of existence (except for Dustin). Need anyone forget Charlie's only title came in Monster Mutt and not Grave Digger.
