  1. Thanks for the compliment, Josh! I figured V4 would have some sort of different physics/gearing. As soon as I get familiar with the new pack, I'll re-tool the center jump. Thanks for the heads up!
  2. A quick preview of the center hit I refer to as "Ground Zero" on RCS. After chatting with PC about ideas/changes I could make on the track, I filled in the gaps of the take-off and landing ramps with dirt. This is the result as of now and is subject to change. Eventually, lots more freestyle hits, and transitions will be added. As for now, I'm taking a break on this piece and will pick it back up sometime after V4's release. Also, a quick preview video. Nothing special. Just showcasing the various ways you can hit this setup. I hope to create better preview vids under a Demolition Track Creations YouTube channel soon, along with purchasing Fraps. http://youtu.be/x9lp7oKjT7g
  3. I'm not a mod so excuse me for saying this: progress of what? The man said focus on showing your projects for the game. Not idiotic videos of a person getting a chuckle over right clicking around on a website...
  4. Who needs Activision when you have Sim-monsters? Guaranteed if a decent MJ game came out for PC or consoles it won't be open source. Therefore, no addons. On topic: I wanted to send my greetings. However I only read page 1 and now realize you sent the letter almost a month ago. Epic fail on my part *FACEPALM*.
  5. Eh don't worry about Taft. For God's sake the man has pictures that he admits he scanned from magazines that he bought, plus books that I've read (like The Ultimate Book of Monster Trucks). I seriously doubt that he wrote the authors/photographers before he scanned them/put them on his site. No disrespect to the guy. I love his site and collection of photos. I seriously doubt he, or a band of crowbar wielding dark suits will pay anyone a visit...
  6. PC, I got lots I want to throw on this track. As much as I want to continue to whittle away at it, I wanna take a break to stew over some FS obstacles. If you gotta any ideas in mind though, I welcome them! As far as room outside the core middle jump (which if you didn't guess doubles as the racing jump/main freestyle pyramid), the track is banked all the way around. Where you see the first cars before the take off of the racing jumps, and the first cars after the landing pads is where the banking begins. Mostly I'm focusing on the big grassy patches to be the site of most of the FS pyramids. Again, I welcome any ideas.
  7. Racing is mostly done on Remington County Speedway. Final tweaks to be made before I call it finished. Then I'll let it sit for a while and contemplate FS. Many thanks to Coconutmen for his crowd and roof textures. Chainlink fence circles the track. Thanks to thundro1 for the textures. And a simple, yet cool logo for the track.

Love this track, Klayton. Very enjoyable!
  10. Nothing to be sorry about really. I'm just saying that posting something like this here, while not meaning to sound offensive or condescending, will get you mixed opinions, and you probably won't find the answer you're looking for. In any regard, I again hope it works out for you for the better...
  11. My advice? Don't come here for advice. Sorry, no offense meant to anyone. It just seems that this is in issue you have to resolve on your own. Talk to friends, talk to family members. Figure it out. I hope it ends well for you.
  12. Just make sure that you guys keep that in mind: your love for the sport and enjoyment of the hobby. Something fun to work on and create. I can understand how a project this big and time consuming may cause frusteration, or burn out. I say that because I've experienced burn out after a great many of my hobbies became to much like a job, causing me to hate it in the end. Keep up the great work you guys are doing!
  13. Checked out Box5's sleds. They're pretty cool to mess with though there is only one truck I know of that can attach to the sled. It would be cool to see some of these leafer trucks that are being developed have the ability to hook to the sled. Especially when the influx of leafer trucks and TNT style tracks hits, it could be a fun little side show or event to mess with.
  14. PC, loving that machine man. That salvaged rear steer toggle switch reminds of a CX40 joystick from an Atari 2600. Looks cool!
  15. Amazing rack Mark. Love it! Great flow, wonderful hits. I can't get enough! Well done.
  16. chevys10, great looking truck man! oboynotagain, can't wait to see Rolling Thunder. You guys keep bringing these old school machines and it'll only further inspire me to build some TNT Renegades style tracks!
  17. Those V4 trucks look outstanding! I love how Avenger has different tread on the front tires vs. the rear! That's something you couldn't do in MTM2 (not meant as a bash or a slam in anyway). All you guys in V4 are to be commended for the amount of work and effort that has gone into these trucks! Very detailed, very well done trucks. Keep up the great work V4 crew!
  18. Not to drag on about the V4 issue, but I must say that it's also tiring reading posts about "awww I want this track" or "I want this truck and have to wait." Yes, you do. Most things in life you have to wait for. We all know you have to wait for it, just like everyone else. It's not new news for anyone. It also adds a few needless posts that do nothing but "fluff up" a topic because people can't keep their thoughts to themselves. It also grows irritating to see relatively the same post over and over again from people complaining about having to wait for such content. That's enough from me. Back on topic: PC, I always enjoy seeing what you can create. Tom, love that track man. Looks fantastic.
  19. Thank you, PC! Means alot. Thanks you guys for the kind words. Glad to know you are enjoying it!
  20. Love it, Justin. That stadium looks spectacular!
  21. Thanks, Dave. I agree that we need more old school leafers, and some off-road pro stadium trucks as well. About RCS: honestly it's been so long ago I don't even remember getting that track to the point of a beta release. I definitely don't remember doing a comp race version...
  22. You are correct sir. The MTM2 shot was actually of the Figure 8 version of my track based on the Renegades TNT Monster Truck Challenge Series. The track was also outfitted for a U-Turn Course as seen here in 1988: A straight line drag version was also in the works. There was going to be 3 versions like on my other TNT Renegades style track: Mankato Speedway: http://vales.com/mtm2/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=11208 Once the TNT styled version was released I was planning on doing a modern day version. Be looking out for all these in due time from the new RoR version of RCS.
