Well, after trying everything, I guess its time to post here. Whenever I attempt to send an AIM message to certain people, it sends as normal but about 10 seconds after sending an error appears under the message saying "an unknown failure occurred". and the person on the other end is not receiving my messages. I logged into the aim app on my phone and when I attempted to send a message to the same certain people, there was an exclamation point, meaning that my messages did not go through. Yes, I uninstalled and reinstalled aim, but the problem might not be my computer because as I mentioned, it happened on my phone too. I am using AIM version 7.5.14.8. I doubt anyone on here has had this problem and/or has a solution, but if you do please post. Here is a screenshot of the problem:
