  1. I'm all for it, since I don't have a Twitter. Just need to figure out when racing starts.
  2. Tell ya one thing, someone needs to keep updating this with videos. #Carnage
  3. Glad to see Donald's alright after that one. What's under the tarp anyhow? Concrete wall?
  4. I'm all for that one, too. Believe it was Fall Madness II where they interviewed Danny Mackey in the Skype call after racing, and it helped break up the down time instead of just sittibg their waiting for the next segment to start. Also, for the custom series, maybe a quick video towards the begginning of tbe stream with voice overlay showing the Track X or something. Just a thought.
  5. Hold that thought, Wrenchead just hit the wall...again.
  6. Alright, I require a bit of some older Monster Jam knowledge, or at least a hand in searching for some old results buried in the dark corners of the interwebs. I recently found my old photos from when I went to my first Monster Jam show back in 2002, in Pittsburgh, where I was only four at the time. I specificly remember wandering around in the Pit Party, seeing Grave Digger and Eradicator up close and person, really cool moment for my young self. I was wonder if anyone would be able to dig up some results, and or field of trucks, with the drivers names and such, since it's been killing me, who drove Digger at that show. I'd also like to find what truck number that was. Definatly be pre-20 era, maybe around 15-17 ish. I dunno. At any rate, hope I can find some bit information on it, since I can't really remember much of the show. Thanks fellas. EDIT: Just remembered that it was probably early in the year, probably January to Feburary.
  7. Yeah, the one backflip container was fine. Two just seems kind of...repetitve? If one got smashed so trucks just ran over it early in the night, I'd be happy, but two just seems pointless.
  8. Number one rule of rat rods/muscle cars, least in my book: They don't have to drive well, as long as they look like they can suck you through the air intake and spit you out the tail pipe.
  9. No problem with me. Heck, your in Vegas, I'd say enjoy the trip, not sitting in a hotle room working on a 3D replica. Updates look cool, too. Glad you found the time to bring it back to life.
  10. So tell me..what deep, dark corner of the internet do you guys find all of this?
  11. Then Brian Barthel saves the day in...Little Tiger!
  12. True, unfortunatly, the backflip containers are most likemy going to stay. I would be alright with one, but one on each side is just rediculous. It isn't even needed. Whoever came up with the idea of tbem shoukd just be fired on the spot.
  13. Lawd Jesus I hope it is. I miss the old high flying ramps they had before 12.
  14. I would, then they'd probably form some rights to it, and then I'd lose all association with it. Um no, as much as I'd like to see a Rockstar truck, this one's gun be mine.
  15. You did have 3 qualifying sessions, which is way more than any other league event or funrun...
  16. If you had a custom truck made, it better be a hearse. Think it would fit pretty well.
  17. Most of you probably aren't going to read this but, what the hey. Became a big monster truck fan when my family first got Speed channel, when I stumbled across the Captian's Curse World Finals 7 run on TV. Watched the show off and on, and bounced around the interwebz watching monster truck videos and so forth. Believe it was summer of 2011, I stumbled across the RORMJ World Finals Freestyle video and sat ther mezmotized about how cool it was seeing a realistic monster truck game in the flesh. Started watching the replays of RORMJ for awhile, really likig that it was a bug change from the TV show. Everything just seemed to feel like an actul compotition instead of a circus act. And if you're reading this Dig, I found your announcing over the videos superb. Props to you. Played a lot of video games at the time of the event replays, and most of the guys I paled around with kept talking about "V3" and an upcoming "V4". Finally after asking around, I found out the game was RoR, and the V3 and V4, what I thought of as game codeing, were truck packs. Few months later I decided to download RoR. At this time, I beliee I downloaded .38, and I had no idea how to add vehicals and maps, so shortly after...uninstall. Months went by, and the hype for V4 grew and grew until it came out. I couldn't take it anymore. I got around to asking Nick Migues, nephew of Darren Migues, if he could help me get it set up to run this V4 pack and all. After lots of trial and error, I finally figured out how to get everything going. First time in game was Metal Mulisha at RockCrwlr's WF13. Instantly had a blast with it, and joined Sim-Monsters. Wasn't that good at driving, and I still stink eith racing, but I tried to qualify for events. First attempt was Fall Madness II, in Wonder Wagon. Didn't go well, but I did find it cool to meet Josh Rhodes, the guy that I'd been listening to in those videos for all that time, and at that moment, I knew I was gonna enjoy RoR because I had seen what went on with series and all. Second attempt at an event was Mayhem at Christmas Village, driving The Felon. To my suprise, I did end up qualifying, but was dropped due to the mistake of using the web based AIM, where I couldn't be added to group chats. So close. Tried ORL and SSRS, both with no luck. Then came ROR-MTC (Probably got that wrong, , Chadwick's league, planning on using leafers next season..help me out, fellas.). First event I signed up for and ran went great. Was in my own Heavy Metal truck, on a straight drag course, and made it to the finals. Then guess what...I jumped the start and lost right then and there. Needless to say, I've had some pretty dumb luck with racing, but all in all, I enjoy the community. Great guys that aren't afriad of havig a good time, and great livestreams when you roll the truck in the first corner of an SSRS track. Besides the losing streak, I'm happy for the welcome, and all the good spirited people I've met over the ladt year and a half. One last thing. I applaud you if you read my whole fanboyish story.
  18. It's not about "you can't host one because you're a noob", but more of a checklist to see if you yourself are can put it on without having it backfire with many problems. Even a single Fun Run takes a lot to put into action. Putting on a league is a lot of work, and nobody wants to see a league fail with inexpirience. I'd say do what Kozak said and host a fun run. Get an AIM chat up, get a server up, qualifying and the whole nine yards and see how everything holds up, then give yoursekf an evaluation and see if your ready to host a full league.
  19. The Max D body has always been labled as a "Futuristic SUV". The War Wagon body is a '41 Willys, based on a dragster.
  20. You never fail to impress, Rock. As for me, I've always viewed the color as a really dark masking tape/painters tape blue, but hey, theres a million and one blues out there. Side note, anyone happen to have a '74 Ford Mavrick body laying around?
  21. BOOYAH! Had a feeling they wouldn't leave Mulisha out.
  22. Mulisha is a FELD owned truck, correct? If Brian and Todd can't make it, thaen that could potentially open the truck up for a fill-in driver for it. Zimmer/CVH/Elliot in Mulisha apparell?
  23. You people arevall lucky...getting to go to the big stadium shows... Pittsburgh PA, 2012 @ Consol Pittsburgh PA, maybe 2002 @ Mellon? I can tell you that Excaliber was a Dodge and running a bed cap...but what was the darn year...
  24. Basicly a V4 truck with V5 parts thrown on it, like Mopar Magic 2.0, correct? Problem solved.
