About This File

It's finally here! After just over a year of work from mostly me, CLNGames, and many others, starting all the way back in May 2021, Werewolf N/B (Nodebeam) goes public. The most fun V4 breakables on the site!

These trucks aren’t meant to be 100% new or totally accurate, although sometimes I end up going a little overboard. Trying to keep WNB creation low-stress is surprisingly difficult, hence why the server was private for a while. From now on, truck-making may be a little slower, but we’ll still be here once motivation to continue making more trucks come. The download page will have an update shown, but if you want first-screenshots and more detailed updates, join the discord server to post your WNB screenshots and maybe play with others.

Here’s the breakdown on everything WNB has added, ignoring the truck-specific additions:

  • Tweakable Swaybars
  • Bendable 4links (Nodebeam Only)
  • Tie-Rod Breakage (Nodebeam Only)
  • Steering Ram Breakage
  • Stronger Flag Node w/ Easy Releases
  • Bendable Champagnes (Difficult)
  • Deflatable Tires (Can Still Deform With Enough Pressure)
  • Shock Overcompression Breakage (Nitrogen Release)
  • Collidable Cradle & Tires
  • Working Bumpstops
  • Stronger Bodies Which Deform
  • Full Axle Housing Detatchment
  • Driveshaft Breakage/Hanging
  • Working Axleshaft Breakage (Shows Like Planetary Breakage Online)

There may be some more in-depth parts that need a button to be pressed or held down, like the Anderson Team’s door or Avenger II’s Shock Adjusters. These will always be on one of the ‘function’ keys. If you need help, just press CTRL+T and the controls will be shown.

If you want to see these parts in action, I made a video following the last year of trucks that have been made for WNB.
Werewolf N/B - Official Promo Video

.On the WNB sheet, there is a “Global Credits” section, where most of the more general credits will go.

.On every truck’s row, there’s an ‘OG Uploader’ section with the uploader of the original truck (or major parts used for said truck) on Sim-Monsters.

.There are also credits for whoever made/edited each WNB truck. The first name is always whoever first started the project.

Pancakeman - Creating the Breakable Beta Pack back in 2013, which aided in making the bendable 4links and swaybars.

SealedGecko - Planting the seeds for this idea all the way back in November 2019, talking about a project I found of a similar caliber back in 2014:
SealedGecko's 2014 Poppable Tires Test

Hydro: Experimenting with me on the original 2014 deflatable tires .truck in May 2021.

CLNGames: Creating/starting many of the big-name trucks like GD20, Avenger II, Monster Energy, along with beginning the Wilman/Meents, Racesource and CRC Chassis/Nodebeams.

Sean Ryan - Making the Werewolf N/B Logo.

And massive thanks to everyone else that’s helped along the way, from my testers and friends to the people I trusted, for enjoying WerewolfN/B. I sincerely hope you have fun.

What's New in Version 1.1.1 - 3/23/2023

Update 1.1.1: "League Patch"

No video theatrics for this one, just a minorly major update in the loom of all the trucks in this update being ran competitively. This features alot of equalized trucks for the sake of weight-balance in MLMJ by request, which is listed below. This also contains Max-D 8&9 being redone from the much better pack Swegliner849 released after 1.1 was posted. This fully replaces the one Max-D 8&9 that was posted, as that one's defunct now.
Trucks Edited:

Jester 3
Megalodon Leduc
Mohawk Warrior
Soldier Fortune
Bakugan Dragonoid
Grave Digger 35
Son-Uva-Digger 3
Lucas Stabilizer
Zombie CRD3
Terminal Velocity
Earth Shaker
Monster Mutt Rottweiler 2022 Pauken
Jurassic Attack Eddie
Monster Mutt Dalmatian CRD3
Scooby Doo 23 Cohen

(Below is the update from 10 days ago)

Update 1.1: Carnage Redefined.

After 7 months of work from the WNB team, it's objectively the biggest update in WNB (and not just because it's the first!). This update features 100+ new and updated trucks, most of them with entirely different and new handling, along with much better looking models and chassis, aswell as more accurate chassis. You could dub this the "CRD" update, but I'd rather call it "Carnage Redefined" because of just how many trucks have gotten update to the standards found during development.

Credits for this teaser video goes entirely to the host of MonsterTalk, thank you for making such a sick little update video.

As usual, the biggest thanks to CLNGames for half of the work done in this update. All the credits are on the public sheet, which has been heavily modified to facilitate how complex this update is.

From me, CLN and the entire dev-team, we hope you all enjoy the new trucks. This is truly the update I wish I could've released with. Thank You.

will any other grave diggers be added to this? I would like to see grave digger 30 and 32 and any other grave diggers that ran from 2013-2016 but either way this pack is amazing!

Response from the author:

Yeah, those trucks are planned. Just haven't been gotten to yet. Thank you though, glad you like it!

The best trucks in the world, very good physics and the damage is very realistic, the most fun to drive!

This is by far the best breakables pack ror and sim monsters has EVER HAD. Not knowing when the truck will break is a plus too. I drive more cautiously now, but sometimes I'll hit a jump, get big air and break and sometimes i will land safely and continue. I think the bodies should break a bit easier, BUT, the way the bodies break is extremely close to real life. Very good job on this pack everyone who contributed.

Response from the author:

Thanks for the review, made me smile. Glad you agree that the breakages sometimes feeling 50/50 is a positive too, it's something I've always noticed when watching Monster Jam; there is sometimes no real consistency.

Trucks look great my man.

I do have a problem though, when i try to load certain trucks (Jurassic Attack, Blue Thunder are some examples) The OK button is blocked by the tire options making those unloadable.

Please help ASAP.

Response from the author:

I'm not really sure how to fix that? I'd suggest making your resolution higher if it's a UI issue. Thanks for the 5 stars though.

By far the best pack on this site. Super comprehensive and high quality. The google doc definitely sketched me out at first, and it also left me wondering how to download trucks, once I figured it out it was super easy to navigate and pick out exactly what I wanted and only what I wanted.

Best Monster Truck Breakables ever! it doesnt tip easily while turning, Steering can be broken, and working breakable driveshafts! It will be also cool to add 2Xtreme trucks like All versions of Bounty Hunter and Scarlet Bandit! Thank you 😄

The most fun breakables I've ever driven.

Each truck is more to drive then the last.

Glad to see you finally get the support you deserve for working on these for so long!

glad I was able to be apart of this for well over a year. Regardless of if people recognize me for the work I've dedicated to this project or not I'm still happy to have done something important I guess. I'm glad everything worked out for WNB in the end even though we had quite a few faucets go bad. spacer.png

REALLY fun to drive, i actually have to worry about breaking steering and not be able to fling it onto the steepest jump and still be driving well (cough, tray breakables)

Might have not contributed to it, but it was nice seeing the evolution of this since the yellow el toro days, good stuff.
