I don't think MTD is MTM3. I've played both engines enough to see similarities but not enough to draw that conclusion. Maybe MTM on crack, the trucks in MTD are too powerful and unpredictable. At least in MTM2 when you hit a ramp you know which way you'll fly, but in MTD I've hit ramps straight on and was thrown in any random direction except backwards. It was so bad, I would actively avoid hitting cars or ramps in racing. There's no penalty, so why bother? And as said, the later levels in the android version, and newly released IOS update, are almost impossible to unlock. The trucks are too unpredictable to win racing and the bars too high in freestyle. Plus, I had this strange bug where if I got a high combo in overtime, the game would break my combo like it reset my truck after a rollover, and it happened almost every time. All those elements together caused me to uninstall my copy. It's a good attempt, one of the better ones in recent years, but I'm still looking. Might I suggest MMX Racing?

Try using grey instead of white for the chrome's spec map.

I accidentally hit the subdivide shortcut. I managed to undo it but when I bake it, it still looks distorted like the subdivision is still there. Would post pics but I don't have wifi on my laptop. (posting from my phone)

Posting this here since i posted it in the help section and it got buried I'm having some trouble with a model I made a week or so ago. The model work is done but I'm having an issue with baking it. If anyone thinks they can walk mw through it later or look at it themselves I'd appreciate it. Thanks guys

Alright, so I was working on a model and accidentally hit control and the 1 key (my laptop doesn't have a #pad so I had to keymap, ctrl 1-9 does this, ctrl 0 resets) and it did something to my model. It wouldn't undo, so I found the ctrl 0 I mentioned. It fixed it, but the effects show up on the bake when it renders. Does anyone know how to fix it or even what I did? I worked too long on the model to start over and really don't want to EDIT: found out the control and number is a subdivide shortcut if that helps

Here in Tennessee it's 70 and storming and it'll probably be in the 50s and dreary tomorrow. I swear we have all 4 seasons in a matter of hours here! All the diggers look good guys!

I downloaded the demo, and it is utter crap. I couldn't make a turn without whipping the back end out, and lining up a jump at any speed was impossible. Only reason I won was because the AI was having more trouble controlling the trucks than I was.

Can'you believe what I'm reading. Tony was killed today by an enraged and intoxicatex vendor at a mud race When the guy picked a fight with someone, then came back in his Toyota 4runner. He struck several other vehicles and 4 people before another driver struck him in an attempt to end his rampage. One of the people he struck died at the scene, two were airlifted, and the fourth was treated at the scene and taken to the hospital by ambulance. His son was reportedly one of the ones injured. Another of the greats was taken from us today and I hope the person responsible gets what he deserves. Rest in peace Tony, best wishes to his family and a fast and full recovery to his son

Thanks guys. I've been staying with my dad and his gf the last couple days while I look and wait on payday next week. My only current worry is my dogs that I had to leave behind. She said she would be taking them off this afternoon but I hope a bag of kibble left on the doorstep will buy me some time

So yea, my mom kicked me out tonight. Said if I didn't dump my gf, I had to move out. So I'm gone. Basically my girl is going through a divorce with her ex, he came to my house, cops were called, and he was banned from the property. She still decided that I should dump her for hers and my brother's safety. Though her exact words were more like "dump her so I don't end up on tv." She found out we were still together, and said I had until nightfall to get packed and leave for good or face the police and have them show me the door. She made me buy her food and pay a couple bills after she blew her check on herself and decorating her house (which looks like a stereotypical granny house now) and was even willing and perfectly fine with spending mine and my brother's money on herself without even asking. He and I did all the work while she did nothing, claiming she did all the work in the family even though I worked harder and more hours in any given week than her for a tiny fraction of her pay. She uses threats and violence to get her way and when she doesn't she locks us in our rooms. Does this woman sound sane to anyone else because she will violently argue she is.

It's a fun little toy and I enjoyed making it. Not to mention I could make a second for about an extra $2, and half of that being for the pointer.I haven't got to do a field test yet due to the storms, but I did shoot it a few times in the house tonight and it has a surprisingly powerful shot, able to knock over an empty soda bottle with just the paper cone and while the sight isn't perfect, I've definitely used worse. I'd recommend this project for sure, it'd make a fun afternoon for the kids or yourself and you have a cool new toy at the end of it! Thinking about making a couple more and letting my uncle sell them for me at his booth at a local flea market.

That's likely an error with the truck or track you're using. it could be in a specific part of a model or texture on said model. Have you tried running different trucks on the track or vice-versa? (dif. tracks with one truck) That's all I have at least. What truck/track does the error appear with for you? I'll dl it and test it out myself, if it works for me, then it may be something with your hardware or graphics settings if anything, you might be able to find the answers here.
