I imagine that they'll want Meents only attempting this in the best possible conditions provided. If the rain does start, then I think their main concern will be the stunt, and if that gets nailed, then they'll continue as needed. But I'm not speaking on the event staff's behalf... just my two cents.

I have high doubts that Feld would cancel that event or even postpone it to another date. I think that if it does rain hard enough to where the track becomes essential soup, they'll delay the event until it lightens up a bit and continue for what its worth.

It's the new dump truck body that they'll be running on the former Park Patrol chassis. I know Jerry Beck (the owner) was asking around for ideas on names, but I don't know what's happening with that now.

God, I hope they valved those shocks properly... that truck will probably ride nice and stiff if they're running upper 200s on pressure...

The Lexan is in places where it needs to be. It's safe enough for him to where it'll pass USHRA or even MTRA tech inspection.

Exact opposite of what you're thinking... he's protected in that cab from debris with the Lexan and visor on the helmet, so he's good. It's a very soft landing for the truck from a high jump like that, plus adding in the downward force from the front axle from doing a fast forward rotation like that, cars will help cushion that impact even more.

At this point, the success rate of him landing a front flip is a lot larger than him landing a clean double backflip.

Nitro Menace and Freedom Keeper are the other two trucks. Not sure if they're done yet, but last I know, they were contemplating on what kind of material to use for them.

Matt ran the Safety-Kleen Black Stallion body on the Iron Warrior chassis during the first quarter because of the deal that Mike had with Feld to run the Monster Mutt Rottweiler body on the Black Stallion chassis. Mike will mainly drive Stallion during the summer with Matt driving Iron Warrior, but there will be a few shows where Matt runs the Stallion body on the Warrior chassis (ex. Erie, PA).
