Thargo
Yep they still work like a charm. I've noticed they drain the battery a bit but its not a big deal. Yeah the flag got shipped yesterday so i'm just waiting on that in the mail. It should look pretty cool at night with the LED's and stuff. I'll post some pictures after I get it. DDT
as long as the nitros are well taken care of they last a while, even the compression
Outlawed
i ran 10 4 gallon jugs through my Savage 21 before the rotostart backplate loosened off and it went kabooms
DDT
ouch, never had that happen but i guess thats a good reason to check screws every run or every couple of runs....i had the screws holding in my drivetrain come out in the dirt and caused the rear drive train to fall out and got dirt jammed up inside the tranny and front drivetrain...not fun trying to get all the dirt out at all
mdemko
I do remember replacing the engine in the the MT with an OSperformance engine. Ran it twice or so and then storage. The RS3 is beat to hell but ran after replacing servo batteries and a fresh tank of nitro. Bought them in 5th or 6th grade about 11 years ago. Was too young to take care of them and lost intrest. So into storage they went. For 9 or 10 years.

mdemko
The tanks were empty. Never store a car with fuel in it.

mdemko
What does pot have to do with anything in the thread or with what I posted? GTFO. Can't wait to see your trucks DDT EDIT: Just made a quick $200on the RS3 and MT. not a bad deal considering they were 11 years old and their "gentally" used condition.

JDeezie82
Here are a few pix of my latest RC. Just finished painting it last weekend. Been waiting to get one of these for a while. Enjoy. My Axial Wraith Kit. It has a marbled orange paint job, first time doing this type of paintwork, and custom painted Tamiya CR-01 bead locks. It's still not completely finished. I need to mount my driver and add a few scale things and a light kit. I'm really liking how it's turning out so far. Was worried about how the marbled orange would look, but I like it. This thing is a blast to drive as well. I have a few more pix on my Facebook and I'll be adding more soon. Just thought I'd share.
