  2. File Name: The New Bad Dawg File Submitter: DirtyDawg File Submitted: 05 Oct 2013 File Category: V4 Customs After putting this truck through the ringer more times than I can count, it was time to give it an update; so here is the new and improved Bad Dawg. The chassis was "converted" over to the XT style of PEI chassis, a entirely new coilover set-up was added, and a brand new drivetrain was put in; including a big block Ford powerplant. Not to mention brand new rims, tires, axles, and a new paint scheme. This trucks has been reworked top to bottom in time for Season 2 of SSRS, and we at CMD Racing think that the changes made will help this truck vie for wins and championships. Please note that I reserve the right to run this truck in SSRS and all other leagues and SM sanctioned fun runs, as it's still my personal custom until the Mr. Beardman truck is finished. Other than that, I hope you guys enjoy the truck; credits are as follows: Paint by your's truly. Initial construction of the truck by Jon Cannon. Drivetrain edits by Wambo. Rims by Johan, cloned by Crazy, and repainted by me. Tires by Klayton. Suspension setup by Crazy. Everything else to the pack makers. Click here to download this file

  5. Greetings and salutations everyone, we'd like to formally welcome you all to RoR MT Pro (home of the Monster Truck Challenge tour); the league where racing is the only thing that matters! What do I mean by that you ask? Well, it's simple really; every event held in this league is racing only. We wanted to create a league that uses modern monster trucks, but ran on TNT Motorsports and USA Motorsports style tracks using the rules that were enforced at that time. But we also love the old school trucks too, and because of that, we do run leafer events here as well. However, being that freestyle wasn't an actual event and didn't happen that often (if at all) during that time, there will be no freestyle competitions in any of our events. But now you might be asking yourself, what will they be doing to fill the void that having no freestyle leaves? Well, it's rather simple in all honesty; we'll be doing 2 separate racing brackets. That way, everyone gets to race at least twice in each event; and how we go about accomplishing this is, again, very simple. We start out by setting up the first bracket, running all the way through said bracket, we then hold a 10 to 15 minute intermission, then we setup the second bracket and run it through to completion. See, nothing fancy or overly complicated; simple and straight to the point. Now, you're probably thinking that even though this all sounds fine and dandy, you'll have little to no chance of making it into an event with the current level of talent here on the sight; well worry not folks, as I'm about to put your mind at ease. If you're signed up to run, are online at the time of the event, and join the chat when invited, you are in the event. All of the brackets here are made use a bracket randomizer, so the field size makes no difference; which means you don't have to worry about filling out or sending in bookings, or having to qualify in. If you're online at showtime, you're in. Also, if you want to run in said event but will miss part of it, that's fine too; heck, you can choose weather or not to run in one of the brackets as well, if you prefer one style of racing over the other. As far as trucks go, you can run whatever truck you want; Custom, repli-custom, or full on replica. Oh, and those rules apply to both the modern tube chassis trucks as well as the old school leafers. There are more specific rules about each type of truck, and those rules can be found in our rulebook thread. I could go into more detail on other specific items, but those will be gone over in the related threads; and those threads can be found on our main forum page. We're extremely excited to see what the future holds for this league, and with that being said, there's only one thing left to say; LET'S GO RACIN'!
