  1. I would rather wait to see a reliable source release some sort of information on this than rely on Wikipedia.
  2. There is a limiting strap node beam set-up floating around, but I haven't seen an actual limiting strap model yet. I vaguely remember someone saying RockCrwlr making a whole limiting strap set-up, but I'm not sure if that happened, or how far along it got.
  3. http://sim-monsters.com/index.php?/files/file/1435-black-stallion-2014-two-pack/
  4. Of course, whether angle is positive, parallel, or negative, it still takes equal stress. But bump stop riding is never a good thing, especially if you're taking a huge jump, because there's basically no travel to work with, whether it's a tall shock or not. Just hope that by adding pressure to the shocks and opening up the dampening a bit will save the landing and not blow out seals or caps left and right. Regardless, I agree with Aaron. It's his choice since it's his truck, and there's no problem with it. Just pointing out something.
  5. Negative 4-link bar angle is never fine... lol
  6. By the way, it's not my fault if the file won't download after you hit the "Download" button three times. Blame your ISP.

    El Diablo 2014

    I helped with chassis props.
  8. Guy named Eddy from Canada bought American Guardian off of Rick about a year or two ago, and Matt sold Green Mountain Monster to this same Eddy guy. Now Eddy basically owns what was all Rick Raab's trucks at one point.
  9. Still think a really badass looking bee in that crumbling rock graphic on the doors would fit the dead space rather well. Other than that, Tim and his whole team did a phenomenal job on the truck. The body came out great, and the truck as a whole looks and runs so darn good.
  10. Glad to see he finally got around to finishing this new one to run here in the states.
  11. In order: Scott Anderson = retired Don Frankish = retired from driving race trucks, still owns and drives the Jurassic Attack monster ride truck Glenn Logan Jr. = retired Sky Hartley = retired from driving, came back as a Grave Digger 30th Anniversary Zone technician/hauler driver, got to drive Nitro Hornet in racing in Phoenix, then retired overall for 2014 Guy Wood = retired Phil Foster = retired from driving, pretty sure he still helps with Dan Rodoni though

    1/5 - reverse backflip #fail
  13. If you look at his first post with the truck, he used Matt's updated engine model. So it's pretty much the original V4 chassis with an updated engine, transmission, and transfer case model.
  14. I see you got the shock shafts... heehee Otherwise, the truck looks very nice.
  15. Truck looks great, but that tie rod positioning is a little wonky. It shouldn't be that low on the knuckle.
  16. I signed up to run specifically in Bracket #1, and I'm in Bracket #3. If that can be fixed, cool. If I'm stuck in #3, then count me out of the event.
  17. If you're talking about Killer Bee, it's not a short wheelbase. It's the same as Storm Damage and Hurricane Force. Not sure on the exact measurements, but it's the same or in the neighborhood of it.
  18. Hopefully sometime next week if my personal schedule allows me to go on my laptop.
  19. I have to do some minor updating to it, but it's practically 95% ready for release.
  20. Great track Dylan. One of your better replicas.
  21. Definitely the best choice to make. Congratulations on sobriety and a definite congratulations to you and your wife on your first child. Best of luck to you, Matt.
