  2. This truck is designed specifically for version 0.4.6.0, so if you have a different version that may be why.

My first custom posted to this site, I think it turned out pretty well. The settings on this are not the SMRA Season 3 settings, even though the truck is titled so. This truck requires Monster Energy 2015 to work properly, and is not an open custom. 5. Realistically speaking, Jim is a very good driver, he's just hurt by mechanical problems a lot, most of which wouldn't happen were his truck set up a less, er, stubborn way. I'm very enthusiastic about him getting a new chassis and can't wait to see if he changes his driving style at all.
  6. Whoever starts the next SYP thread needs to title it "Show Your Projects Chapter 53.5" because this one has been a bundle of lobster feces as of late.

HIT EM WITH THE LEGG (and the project is nice too).
  8. As a future tip, don't use anything made by that squirrel. And as far as tires and rims go, the tire tread, when looking at the front of the truck, should always point down towards the ground (unless you're specifically making it as a concrete-running replica), and there have been plenty of updated wheels and rims for your use, they just take longer than twelve seconds to get. Anything worth making is worth taking time on, and frankly, you're not taking the time to make it as good as you could.
  9. If that body is what I think it is then I'm very interested to see how much Kevin can see out the front of it...

Are the individual obstacles floating above the ground a little bit or is it just me?

  12. (this is not a direct response to you, but rather a reflection as a whole) For what it's worth, when people build projects, they are (for the most part) building what they want to. They make what they want, they release what they want. If Blaise wants to build all of the Diggers in the universe, nobody has the right to stop him. The whole "Show Your Diggers" forum title is more or less a parody of what, apparently, people like to make. Sure, as a fan of this game, it's not the most entertaining thing in the world to go onto this forum and see only Diggers, but I, nor anyone else has any right to change that through other people. Learn to make your own content if it bothers you enough.
  13. Hey all, so 0.37 trucks work on 0.4.6 perfectly well, just a few texture issues, such as excessively dark/light shades, some completely black or white meshes, or other things of the sort. If anyone has any tips as to how to fix that, that would be awesome. Thanks in advance!
  14. I also think it's pretty interesting to watch the definition of "monster truck" change over the years. In the 80's and 90's, "monster" leaned more on the "giant", or "leviathan" side of things, whereas today, the "monster" in the name is more applicable to the "strange", "exotic" or "novel". They're not even really true trucks anymore (those street-legal things), they're Monster Jam trucks, which is what Monster Jam has started calling them. Sure, some of that is due to name branding and whatever, but it's also because they've realized how much they've evolved, and that the same name almost isn't appropriate. It's a completely different animal nowadays. Just my two cents.
  15. Hey guys, today (8/10) I finally got Counter Strike Global Offensive and was just wondering if anyone else here played it at all and/or would have any tips for a newbie getting into it. Thanks in advance!

  18. Looks good, although if you could somehow make it so it looks like you didn't just rescale the original body that'd be cool, I'm pretty sure the mold is almost entirely different for Werner's Toro. Here are a few pictures to help you out.
  19. Looks pretty decent, the treads on the tires are pretty massive, although I assume that's pretty difficult to fix. The body also stands out pretty obnoxiously, along with the green on the wheels. They should be more of a sleek, darker green as seen below. credit to google + ouverson
  20. Kids these days are raised with self-idolatry burned into their craniums, it's getting to the point where the best any of the people who produce content can do is ignore them. Everyone takes pride in what they create, not just in this field. Whether they want their creations to be released to the public is their choice, and you should be thankful for when you have the privilege to use said creations. Once again, it is in fact possible to show projects for constructive criticism and not post it for free, contrary to your beliefs.
