  1. Sorry Sheets, couldn't help myself.. (P.S. I hope it's okay to post screenshots of this from the link you provided on the most recent SMRA thread. If not, I can take it down.)
  2. Welp, this came out 8 hours ago... Definitely has some major bass for a two minute and fourteen second tune.
  3. If it wasn't shown in the SYP thread, then nope, it hasn't been made. I have a feeling it won't be made either, but oh well, at least I tried. Also, you bumped a somewhat old thread of mine.
  4. Helen, the crazy amount of time you've put into these tracks and trucks is beyond not only my comprehension, but for the rest of the SM community as a whole. I totally agree with the idea of having a sample pack out for the public, as that would really set up the hype for the rest of the terrains and trucks you have made. Overall, I really enjoy seeing what new concepts you have in mind, since each one you've posted so far has been a game changer for what trucks and tracks would look like in the future. Keep up the phenomenal work as always!
  5. It's due to the master server for the original site being offline. You'll have to manually input the server name and port in order to get in mp mode. The devs for the current RoR version (RoR v. 0.4.5.1 and onward) are slowly working on resolving that issue, but it will take time, since everything from the old site is migrating to the new and current site. (http://rigsofrods.org/index.php ).
  6. Unexpected to see a rushed beta, but I'll wait until it's all finished, no matter how long that will take. But for now, the actual track layout does look pretty clean so far, so kudos to you on that. Edit: I looked over what happened, disregard that.
  7. Erm, you mean that it needs the beau's 4x4 soundpack's zoomies sounds inside it? I stuck it into my v4 folder (because why not, plus with that soundpack, it caused no crashing whatsoever.), and it worked just fine for me. Anyhows, this truck is pretty good Hagan, nice work on it.
  8. Rockgod88, You're definitely improving with each new project, and both this and the El Toro Loco are proof of that. Keep up the good work!
  9. That post kinda reignited this old thread out of the blue. XD I may as well contribute to this too, because why not. Nascar Thunder 2003,2004, 2005: Chase for the Cup, 06: Total Team Control,07,08,&09 Nascar: Dirt to Daytona Monster Jam: Maximum Destruction Need For Speed: Underground 2 & Prostreet WWE SVR 2007/2010/2011 FlatOut2 Burnout 3: Takedown/Revenge Mobile Suit Gundam: Gundam Vs. Zeta Gundam (this one is my absolute favorite title out of the bunch, not to mention that it's HARD to find anymore without dishing a good 70+ bucks for a fresh copy..)
  10. Yeah, I ended up just deleting that anyhows since it was giving me an error. XD
  11. Well, the actual truck does, but the second "bender tester" type won't. Also, this is a pretty nice truck Outlawed!
  12. Haven't posted in this thread in a while, so here's one to "revive" it.
  13. You mean from the once well-known official repository. It's here.
  14. Okay, I believe this should be a proper place to set this (WorldFinals placed the links for older trucks as a way of help, so this shall be a similar case). I have permission by both Outlawed & Hotrod55 to post a link that most people will find most helpful. This link contains five folders with every single vehicle, terrain, trailer, etc. found from the official Rigs of Rods Repository back when it was still up (thanks to Hotrod55 for compiling this site). There is also a readme included in the link that explains where all the files were taken from and where a backup wiki is at. This link will later change once Hotrod55 has uploaded all of the files to another webserver which will have a 99.9% uptime, as quoted by him. I hope this helps everyone with grabbing vehicles and etc. that they may have never had a chance to before the forums went into archive mode. https://repofiles.avrintech.net/ EDIT:Link updated. P.S. If this isn't in the right section, may this be both moved to the appropriate place and pinned? Thank you.
  15. It was a privately given version of a 3rd gen. Camaro IROC-Z (the original unmodded one was made by Stoat Muldoon) from a person I known back when the RoR forums were still active. I'm not allowed to give it out.
  16. Can't really make an account anymore since the site was archived a month back. As for the repository, it's pretty much absent now. Anyhows, to prevent any more non-topic posts, here's a pic of a car stuck on a catch-fence.
  17. It's not down or closed, it's just the connection to the site that's acting up.
  18. Huh, so based off of that list, they're stopping at the BMO Harris Bank Center (formerly known as the Metrocentre) in November? That'll be a nice one to attend to if the schedule actually holds out, but as you said MJFanatic, it may or may not change.
  19. Well, this is a nicely done truck, but I can see why it's named the ".37 version", since on .39 (maybe the same on .38 too), the axle section sorta has some missing pieces, mainly where the brakes are supposed to be at. Also Gabe2304, it just needs the regular "GraveDigger" soundscript and accompanying wav files.
  20. Yeah, I'm surprised too that it held on for this long, and I agree with you on that.
  21. Another update regarding this entire event: The RoR site now states this quote. Hello everybody, this is only_a_ptr writing. Things got settled with TDev, the server is being restored from today's backup, so nothing will get lost. Stay tuned and be patient, things are going to be back to normal tomorrow. Don't stay up late though, the backup will take a few more hours. Cheers. No one knows if TDev decided to stick with the month-long restore decision or not, but time will tell. EDIT: Things are going to be okay everyone. The recent GitHub notice from Hotrod55 (the same guy who's been keeping me up to date with the entirety of this roller coaster of a day via skype.) states this: We arranged a deal: I got admin access to rigsofrods.com. We have month of time to move our data to a different server. Then, TDev will pass me the rigsofrods.com domain so I can redirect it to our new place. From @only-a-ptr on Gitter Rigs of Rods is not dead, it still lives.
  22. From what I know, it's because the forum's activity has declined to a point where only a few dozen people were left, and the majority of the rest moved on to BeamNG. TDev noticed this and decided to just end the forum's life after all this time. The forum community there used to be massive, but again, as years passed by, the popularity declined as well. It was only a matter of time before this would happen, but I did not expect it to happen today.
  23. Not necessarily Outlawed, the services are being shut down for good. One of the people I know on skype told me that the site will be brought back up for a month for everyone to make backups of their belongings. As stated, after this shuts down again, GitHub's RoR page will be the only thing left.
